​Christopher's Desk is a piece that was inspired local author Mary Moodey and her recent book, Christopher Counts the Constellations.  This piece was indeed a collaborative effort  between author (Mary Moodey), illustrator (Jude Shingle) and artist (Cindra Vallone) in transforming the magical tale of young Christopher and his journey through the stars  into a functional piece of art that will stir the imagination of any child.  The child's desk contains the text of the tale as well as illustrations from the illustrator and the artist's interpretation of the story.

 

The desk is painted in brilliant acrylics and finished with a glossy polyurethane.  The desk top opens to a storage space for your child's creative endeavors.

 

The desk comes with a signed hard back copy of Christopher Counts the Constellations, for your child's library.
