The penquins high chair has a total height of 39 inches with a seat that measures eleven inches by 14 inches.  The chair has three adult penquins and a baby penquin with two penquins on the foot stool.  The back of the seat has three seals and the tray sports three penquins.  The seat of the chair has a lovely walrus.  The work is painted in acrylics with glitter highlights on the surrounding snow and ice.  There aresix layers of polyurethene to finish of the piece.  The legs are multicolored.
