The Wood Spirits
The Wood Spirits carving has four carved sides to include the top of the carving, which has a hand reaching into one of the carved faces. The wood is bass wood and the carving has some slight painted surfaces to highlight different aspects and areas of the carving.
The Wood Spirits carving can been viewed as a triangle with a face on two of the planes, a face at in the middle sharing both sides and the rear of the carving sporting three hands entwined by leaves. The top of the carving is an additional hand reaching over one of the faces.
